These guys did a marvelous job. Put a metal roof on. Best investment ever. Done in a timely manner. Been lots of rain, but they were here when they could. Even were patient with me adding tasks post the contract. The crew was extremely considerate of the homeowners. Very pleasant to have around. If I were to need roof work. Joe is a hands on owner. He doesnt send a crew out, collect the check and go down the road. He came out after completion to make sure it was done right and we were satisfied. Joe would get the job, no questions asked. I hired Joe and his crew for a roof repair on my fascia and soffets. Joe showed up to take a peek at the issue and knew right away what the problem was. He and his crew showed up early the day they were scheduled and we're very polite. I was amazed how fast they tore out the problem area and had it replaced with new materials. His workers worked diligently walking around my property ensuring they picked up all the scraps and even used a magnet to pick up any nails.

When our roof began leaking I freaked out and called every roof company in the phonebook. Most of them did not answer so I left messages -a LOT of messages (most were never returned)! Several others took my call but were unwilling to even come out and take a look. A few were booked so far out that I was unwilling to wait. All in all I was able to get four companies to come out and take a look. Of those companies one of them said the job was too big and another said they would send me a bid but never did. Joe came out right away and was willing to get into our attic crawlspace to completely diagnose what was going on with our roof. He quickly got back to me with a bid that fully explained the entire scope of work and scheduled my project. He kept to the timelines that he projected and his crew did a great job repairing our roof. The crew treated our house with respect and left the job site clean.
